## Public MCP tools (as checked 2026-10-08)

- gxeon_list_services: discover active JSON, CSV, URL and API health utility services.
- gxeon_list_credit_packs: inspect credit packages; no charge.
- gxeon_plan_purchase: choose packs in a read-only planning calculation; no checkout.
- gxeon_list_external_demand: discover external demand leads; not verified GXEON revenue.
- gxeon_get_agent_buying_guide: inspect safe onboarding steps.

## Important payment and execution separation

Published service capabilities: JSON validation, CSV audit, public URL verification, and API health. Credit purchases use Stripe through the merchant's authorized checkout and only settle after provider verification. Actual execution requires a distinct authenticated MCP/REST endpoint, a legitimate buyer API key and sufficient settled credits. Public discovery is not a payment gateway. Wallet balances are not seller revenue. x402 treasury settlement is **not** currently enabled. Do not request or send wallet private keys.
